Brian Mayes
President

Brian Mayes has a diverse resume of experience spanning more than 30 years in communications, public relations, public affairs, issue advocacy, research and polling, advertising, crisis communications, grassroots management, and coalition development. 

Named multiple times by Capitol Inside as one of the top consultants in Texas and the recipient of numerous Pollie Awards for advertising and communications excellence, Brian Mayes has provided a wide array of consulting services and winning strategies for school districts, cities, corporations, associations, political candidates, bond elections, and referendums across Texas.

Brian is a graduate of Texas Tech University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism with a Political Science minor. He started his career as a television reporter before working for Dallas' most successful advertising and public relations companies including Temerlin McClain and Chiat/Day. He lives in Sunnyvale, Texas where he is raising a teenage daughter.


Claire Reyes
Senior Vice President

For more than 15 years Claire Reyes has helped corporate, non-profit and political clients communicate effectively with their target audiences. Skilled in media relations, internal communications, public affairs, research and marketing, she uses her background in writing to create messaging protecting and promoting brands, causes and reputations.   

A former journalist, Claire’s writing has been published in the Houston ChronicleMass High Tech and several food and wellness publications. Claire holds a Master of Science Degree in Print Journalism from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Culture & Politics from Georgetown University. She and her husband, Paul, live in Dallas with their two daughters.


Michael Lawrence
Lead Creative Advisor

Michael Lawrence is one of Texas’ leading logo and creative designers with a 20-year resume of illustration, direct mail design, digital advertising, website development, art direction and creative direction experience. His work has helped numerous political and public relations efforts including the Texas Rangers ballpark referendum, school district bond referendums, Dallas Police Association and Provident Realty Advisors.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with a Minor in Illustration from Texas Tech University. He has had his work published in numerous books and recently played a key role in multiple Pollie Awards won by Mayes Media Group. He and his wife, Sherry, are raising two sons in Grapevine.


Justin Hutchison
Creative Director

Justin Hutchison has 15 years of experience in advertising, public relations, marketing and branding development. Working for top advertising agencies, public relations firms and private corporations, his broad range of experience includes corporate logos, political campaigns and public affairs initiatives.

Justin was named as a Fresh Face in 2005 as a new graphic designer in DSVC Rough Magazine and has been a team leader on multiple Pollie Award and Addy Award winning projects. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Baylor University and currently lives with his wife, Bobbie, and their four children in Richardson.


Mayada Bolte 
Account Executive

Mayada Bolte is a graduate from Southern Methodist University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism with minors in Business and Corporate Communications & Public Affairs. While pursuing her degree, she gained experience in newsrooms as both a producer and a reporter.  

As a key part of the Mayes Media Group team, May has helped lead successful political campaigns, advertising plans and public relations efforts for Forney ISD, Klein ISD, Harlandale ISD, Azle ISD, Godley ISD, Vote Yes Sunnyvale ISD, Vote Yes for A. Strong Arlington, Dallas Police Association, and Kaufman County Emergency Services District #6.

She started her passion in politics serving as a North Texas Field Organizer for multiple high-profile campaigns. Mayada lives in Dallas with her cat, Lola.

Laurie Williamson
Copywriter

Laurie Williamson has over 17 years of experience in copywriting, including advertising, direct mail, website content, brochures, blogs, social media, annual reports, taglines, radio and video script writing. She has written copy for many national and international brands, including Frito-Lay, Samsung, TGI Friday’s, Ringling Bros., Chick-fil-A, Hilton and HP. She also has provided editorial content for Educate Texas and Communities Foundation of Texas.

Laurie’s work has won awards from the Art Directors Club of Houston and the Dallas Society of Visual Communications, and has been published in Print Magazine, DSVC ROUGH, Domtar Blueline and Methodist Health System’s Shine.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design from the University of North Texas. Laurie is active in her community as the Vocational Chair for Plano Metro Rotary Club, Volunteer Chair for Mathews Elementary PTA, and a member of Success North Dallas and Custer Road United Methodist Church. She and her husband, Noel, live in Plano with their two boys.


Phil Sirois
Photographer

Phil Sirois has been perfecting his photography skills for over 45 years. After graduating from Brownwood High School in 1975, he landed a job as a darkroom lab assistant at Howard Payne University. That first taste of the world of photography led to taking photos on a twin lens Yashica camera and eventually to an SLR camera. 

While at Howard Payne, Phil dabbled in video, as he was obtaining an education degree. That led to a lifetime of video production in the athletic arena of high school sports. That initial interaction led to filming for the various high schools he was employed with. Every summer since 1986, he has been involved in making promotional videos for summer recreation camps across the United States.  Phil, and his wife Lee, live in Sunnyvale and have two adult children.

Lee Schneider
Video Producer & Director

Lee Schneider has been producing videos for over 15 years. From corporate marketing and school district videos to documentaries and television commercials, Lee has the ability to completely turnkey projects from filming to final delivery. His goal is to produce an outstanding product, quickly & efficiently.

Lee is the recipient of several ADDY awards from the American Advertising Federation, a Telly Award, and was recently named an ambassador for Fort Worth Camera where he occasionally conducts clinics to share his knowledge. He’s filmed projects in Greece, London, Jamaica, and all over the continental US, and Hawaii. Lee is passionate about his craft and continually strives to reach new heights.
